By accessing or using the Vdyamrit Edutech website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Practice papers and exam modules on the platform are reviewed before publishing but are provided for exam-preparation purposes only. Once you enrol in a paid exam module, access is granted for that module and attempts are limited as described on the module page at the time of purchase.

Teachers who publish practice papers or exam modules confirm that the content is their own work or that they have the right to publish it, and grant Vdyamrit a licence to host and distribute it to students on the platform.

Paid exam modules are charged in Indian Rupees (₹) and processed securely through Razorpay. Prices shown at the time of enrolment are final for that transaction. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for details on refunds.

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials or paid content with others.
• Copy, redistribute or resell any practice paper, exam module or question bank.
• Attempt to circumvent exam timing, attempt limits or question randomisation.
• Upload content that is unlawful, infringing or misleading.

All platform branding, design and software are the property of Vdyamrit Edutech. Published papers and modules remain the intellectual property of their respective authors unless otherwise agreed.

Vdyamrit provides study material to support exam preparation but does not guarantee any particular exam result. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the platform.

We may suspend or terminate access to accounts that violate these terms, without affecting any statutory rights you may have.

We may revise these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
