Returns & Refunds Policy

Practice papers and exam modules on Vdyamrit are digital products delivered instantly on successful payment — practice paper PDFs become viewable and exam modules become available to attempt right away. Because access is granted immediately, purchases cannot be returned in the way a physical product can.

We will review refund requests raised within 48 hours of purchase where:

• You were charged more than once for the same exam module.
• Payment was deducted but the module was not unlocked in your account.
• The module was unpublished or removed before you were able to attempt it.

• You have already started or completed an attempt on the exam module.
• You changed your mind after purchasing.
• The request is raised more than 48 hours after payment.

Email hello@vidyaamrit.com with your registered email address, the exam module name and your payment reference. We'll confirm eligibility within 3–5 business days.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Razorpay and typically reflect within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.

Modules listed under Free Samples carry no charge, so no refund is applicable to them.
